Bigger valves for a 70

Just wondering how big of valves you can put in a 70? Do you seat them right to the head or do you press a hardend seat in? Is there a place you can buy valves with long stem so you cut them to your own lenth and macine a groove for the keepers? Thanks guys

better use a seat as the 70 heads tend to crack around the valves, take a look but I think 409 chevy valves can be made to work with an opened up buick seat, or its the other way around.
