Well I just won this auction on Ebay.
I was hoping it was the part to attach a oliver plow to the tractor.
I really have no idea.
Any ideas as what this and what it is for?

It really looks to me like an adapter from a ball hitch to a pintle hitch. It could be something else, but it doesn't look like it would hitch to a drawbar, wouldn't it have a hole in it for a bolt or pin?

That is a plow clevis. You are on the righ track. It bolts to your drawbar on the tractor, and your plow will attach to the large ring. Terry.
