Oliver seat rubbers again!

Had no luck with my Agco dealer on the rubbers for Oliver 66 seats. Do I need to try another dealer? This one is small and doesn't seem to be much of a tractor dealer, more like a lawn tractor place. Still haven't found anything other than the $110 re-pops. I could use a new pan for same seat also, if anyone has a fairly good one.

Also,if you don't need to be orignal but want to have some bounce in the seat without the bucks.Get about 3 bungee's and wrap them across the bars side to side.I have them on my pulling tractor.Cost about 5.00

The early style seats had the seat rubbers in the rear of the seat. There was also a pipe running around the back of the seat. The later style of seats had the seat rubbers hidden inside the framework of the seat. The earlier seats were used on models from 1949-1951. The later style of seat rubbers was produced on seats after 1951.
Hopefully this clears up some confusion.

Dan , I know exactly what you are talking about. I didn't know that the less expensive ones advertised were only the late model ones. It doesn't say that in the adds. I'm assuming you had checked on that. would you repost/reply to verify how you know this. I know for a fact that they all (late and early)use to be $110.00. We had boughten both. The ones my neighbor bought resently are the late ones. That's when I first herd the prices have dropped. We are all interested in your personal experiences. So please fill us in.

How about $120??? That's the quote I just got from a salvage parts place in Minn. Sheesh, had to make his $10 extra too! Mark Korves said he was making something this summer, they are not ready yet, he gave no time to be available when I asked about that. He says late ones cannot be made to work on early seats.
