I went to college and asked dad to drain the water out of the 40. He said ok. I went out and put water in it and fired up my baby today and noticed real fast I have a nice crack on the right side of the block. How much do these go for? We had a radiator leak so we didn't have any antifreeze in it yet, just water. Thanks.

Matt, does it leak into the oil or just to the outside of the block? My dad has two 153 Budas which broke to the outside only. They have been running and antique pulling for 10 years now. If its to the outside just grind the crack out a little and JB weld it, let it cure a couple days then sand it a bit and paint it. Good luck.
