Just did some minor engine work then tried to back the machine out of my building. The trans is stuck in 1st gear. Removed the shifter and tried to move the fork, but no luck. Drove dozer a few feet forward and engaged clutch a few times, but it is still stuck. Any ideas?

You did not mention whether the garage is heated. I had the same problem with an OC-3 I once had, it turns out that the rubber boot around the shifter leaked. This caused the transmission to fill with water which later froze, not allowing any shifting. You may have to apply a little heat or wait until it warms up and then open the drain plug to see if water comes out.
