What is the specs for lift pump fuel pressure on super 77 diesel? How about line pressure at injector pump head? Have basically no pressure on output side of injector pump, but showing 10 psi on lift pump with good flow. Thanks.

Take your pump to a rebuild shop. The pump should have a output PSI in the 1700-2000 range.
My new injectors break at 2000 PSI and the old ones were at 1750. The shop set them all at 1900 PSI.
I had my pump rebuidt for just under $300.

Hang on, steady up! First, is the pump turning?! Second, is the fuel getting into the injection pump? Third, is the pump full of air instead of liquid. Three hundred dollars could be an expensive way to go to put right a twopenny-halfpenny problem. If all else fails then.... off to the shop. Maybe just time to get the repair onto the chrissy prezzy list!
