How many of the 1950-T's were produced in the three year span? Were there any differences in any of the three models? Thanks

In 1967 there were 10,366 1950-Ts produced. In 1968; 9,187 units were made. In 1969; 5,074 units were produced. That's a grand total of 24,597 1950-Ts. May sound like a lot, but compared to the number of 1850s that were made, this is a small number. 1850 did have twice as long a production run, however.

There were many small changes made to the T in those 3 years. I don't know that anyone could or would want to detail all the subtle changes, but here are some of the noteworthy ones:

-The last 240 1950-Ts made in 1969 were equipped with the single air precleaner stack like the 1955 model had in place of the dual in-line precleaners which are a distinguishing feature of the vast majority of model 1950-Ts. If you have one of these, you have one of a select number of late Ts produced.

-1969 models and a handful of '68s used a different latch mechanism to lock the brake pedals in an actuated position as a park lock.

-A small number of early '67 models did not have the bull pinion support that COWBOY mentions in a post below regarding the 1855/1955 model differences. This support saw first light in the 1950-T to resolve final drive issues with the increased hp the T had.

-Most Ts had the oil bypass filter canister mounted atop the engine clutch bell housing, which made oil changes messy. Later, the bypass filter canister was mounted vertically on the right side of the engine to facilitate a cleaner filter change procedure.

-There were also some changes made to the plumbing of the check valve in the oil supply line to the turbocharger from the oil cooler on the right side.

-Different hydraulic pumps were used during its production: a gear style and a vane style.

-The support bolt for the auxiliary drive on the bottom of the bathtub appeared in the production run.

-Hydra-Power Drive underwent some changes and updates, from water cooled to air cooled.

-On left of hydraulic housing, steering priority valve changed to a demand priority valve during '69 production.

-Early units had a different hood, with small removable panels at rear which were later eliminated.

There are certainly more, but these are some that come to mind.
