How about the original Hart-Parrs. Some had a 9" bore by 11" stroke 2 cylinder for 1272 cubes or the 11" bore by 13" stroke 2 cylinder for 2470 cubes. LOL

Well White also made a 4-325 prototype that never hit production. It was powered by a 3406 Caterpillar at 893 Cubic inches

So, would that make the 4 cylinder 443cubic inch in the 90/99 the biggest made by Oliver? (or did the out-source this engine as well?). Prior to that they were probably Hart Parr.

Kind of maybe. The 443 was actually a Waukesha derived engine like many of the other Oliver engines.

Does that mean both the 80 & 90 engines weren't Hart Parr designs? Did Oliver actually manufacture them or not? I know the rest, or most of them, were bought in.

The engine in the 80/18-28/18-27 and 90/99/28-44 are both Waukesha derived units. It is my understanding that Oliver and Waukesha both worked (machining and casting)on these engines.

I'm not sure exactky sure how you mean it. White/Oliver put a Caterpillar 3208 (636 cubes) in the 2255 and 2-180, a MAN/moline diesel in the 2155 (585 cubes), a Hercules (478 cubes) diesel in the 2050 and 2150 (turbo). White later went on to use a turbo Caterpillar 6 in the 4-270, a Cummins 8.3 in the 185 and 195 Workhorse models. Are you looking for older models? They built about a dozen but sold only three 880 twins. They were powered by two 880 engines of 265 cubes for a toltal of 530.
