Will an Allis Chalmers model B oil filter fit an Oliver 88 gas ? If not what other oil filter will fit?
There is nowhere in England that sells Oliver spares.

As far as I can tell the filters are the sme. They have the same mounting thread and the same hole through the center for the oil tube. I have used one on my 88 for quite a while now and so far, so good.

Thanks I will try an Allis B filter.
My Oliver 88 was Alan Ward's tractor, I brought it last year and is nearly finished being re-restored, all new tin work, even had a new radiator grill made.
RAB are you from England?
