I HAVE A 77 AND WANT TO GET IT JUICED UP FOR PULLING AND WAS WOUNDERING HOW MUCH BIGGER THE VALVES ARE BETWEEN THE THREE? AND WOULD IT BE CHEAPER TO FIND A 770 OR 1550 HEAD TO PUT ON THIS TRACTOR RATHER THAN SENDING THE OLD HEAD TO A HEAD SHOP TO HAVE THE MACHINE WORK DONE TO IT?

The super77,770,1550 all have the same size valves and the heads will interchange. The 1555 has the larger S88 valves.A fellow was on here mounths ago saying a head shop could install the larger valves and plain the head for more compression cheaper than finding a 1555 head.I have no experince doing that,so you will have to price it yourself.
