I just purchased a oliver a OC3-42 Model. I need to rebuild the motor the last owner ran it out of water. Can someone tell me what kind of repro manuals are out there and where I should start. Thanks

Wait until you see the prices. Since these new guys have taken over the White-Hercules program the parts have doubled to tripled in the last 18 months. They are insane! We run about a hundred of the 3400 white/hercules in our fleet. They get the job done, but for what parts and machine work cost now days for them, we would be way better off swapping all that for Arrow (Waukesha) or Cats.

yes i just rebuilt my ixb3 well napa did.you can expect to dish out a couple thousand at least.....

It should be a Hercules IXB engine. Manuals are available and there is a parts source that is Hercules derived (the original company is out of business). Hercules has a web site.

The Oliver/Cletrac manuals do not have a lot of detail on the engine internals.
Also Landis Zimmerman is a good source for parts--you can find his link on this site.
A lot of stuff is also available from NAPA.
