I have an Oliver 60 Row Crop. With the engine running, it seems to be loading up on fuel. What is a good starting point to set the carb screws at. The carb is a Marvel Schebler. Just FYI, the plugs, points, condenser, plug wires, cap, and rotor are all new. Replaced these as it started to run poorly and did not solve anything.

Set the main load screw at 2 turns out and the idle jet screw at 1 1/2 turns out. Move the idle set screw (the small one) in or out to smooth it out. When you snap the throttle wide open it should not hesitate at all.
