66, 4 cyl gas. Pistons had stampings on them, was wondering if meant anything. All had J-10, and B, and 50 on heads, followed by 3/4 and one maybe 1/2 couldn't tell for sure. Mean anything on oversize or ? Is the thermostat supposed to be in the water inlet on front of head? I see a ring there looks like place like in cars, just wasn't anything there. Seems like it must have to be a big diameter to fill that! What temp? 180? Oil filter is weird, has big threads on it, I've never seen any like that before. Any numbers someone can give for popular brand? One in it is an Agco, that mean only place to get it? How do you tighten the fan belt? Goes from fan to crank pulley, no place to adjust. Mine is loose. I see some kind of adjustment on the crank pulley, what's that? Seems like it would just move pulley in and out to align or ? What # radiator cap is normal? None on tractor now. Everything with water is very rusty. I took plug outta block as it wasn't running very good, and it gushed out then, just plenty rusty. Gonna hve to flush for sure if it runs. Broke the dang oil head bolt, hoping I can find one quick, got the piece outta the block fine, just gotta find replacement. Is torque lower on this bolt? Others went fine to 96#, this one didn't! Woops! What plugs can I run other than Champion D-16 like it had? Prefer AC or Autolite if available.

Oil filter numbers:
Wix 51105 or 5104
NAPA 1105
Phram c-157
Hastings LF407

If you use side curtains, you will need the 5104. The others are longer and will not fit under the side curtains.
