I'm looking at at Oliver Sq bailer. Did Oliver make them? Are parts and manuals available?Are the bailer any good? Thanks

We have a model 50 twine baler about 1955 vintage. Doesn't get heavy use but never lets us down when we need it. Biggest downfall is the narrow pickup. Baled straw behind a neighbor's 4400 JD and had to add some chutes to get it all into the pickup. The bigger and later ones had a wider pickup though. As with anything old parts can be difficult to get. AGCO is not very "antique friendly" in my opinion. This from a former White parts man.

Oliver bought Ann-Arbor in the 40's. They built balers, mowers, rakes, etc. Oliver operated the plant at Shelbyville IL until White Motors closed the plant in the early 70's.
