38 wheels, tires, and hubs for Oliver 70..what are they worth?

I know of a parts Oliver 70 for sale. The thing that caught my eye was the 11-38" tires on it. My other olivers both have the 40" rears. Anyway, what is a good price for the rear tires, rims, and hubs? One tire is holding air, the other is not at the moment. Doesn't look that bad, perhaps it could be patched? I might buy the whole tractor if it is a good deal. They may have weights for it, as well. The hood and side tin is gone, the rest of the tin is pretty bad. It is the newer style of sheetmetal and motor. It is lightly stuck(I can get it to move a touch in gear). What is it worth?

The tractor is complete and has a magneto. Front tires both hold air.
