Need Oliver 1800A manual

According to the serial numbers, I have a 1961 Oliver 1800A. I see that ytmag sells an 1800B operator's manual, but not one for 1800A. Is there a significant difference?

I'm also interested in finding a service manual for an 1800A. Ytmag sells one for the 1850, but not for the 1800. Are these models similar enough to make the 1850 manual useful for an 1800?

The I&T #O-201 manual covers that model. These shop manuals are $30.

Try calling the Floyd County Historical Society.
641-228-1099 they have alot of older Oliver manuals. Here's a link.

Great! I'm glad they have them for you. I got my 1850 manuals there. Personally I've only gotten parts from my local dealer (Robinson Farm Equipment 502-845-4798) and O'brien County Emplement in Sheldon, IA 800-320-6224. I would recommend O'Brien's for your 1800A. There are more places I've read about on this board Maibachs, Korves. Do a archive search. There may be place close to you.

Is your 1800A a checker board? Post a pic, I would love to see it.
