Coolant leak on White 2-150

I have a White 2-150 that I overhauled last winter
and I have coolant leaking at the head gasket. I have retorgued the heads but can't seemed to get it to stop. Could the head bolts be stretching?
This tractor has the MM engine.

Are you sure that the head gasket is leaking, and not the water manifold leaking. This could give the appearance of a leaking head gasket. Did you retorque the heads right after you overhauled it and got it back up to operating temperature? They should be retorqued with the engine at operating temperatures. The head bolts do stretch and eventually break off in the crankcase bolt hole. We don't have any problems on our 2-150 with the MM running 225 Hp with bolts stretching. If you run over 300HP the will break or stretch rather quickly. We just overhauled our 2-150 in the spring. We retorqued the heads after it was hot. It required about another 1/4 of a turn to reach the 170 ft/lb torque, so it does make a big difference. The only way to get it to quit leaking is to replace the head gasket. Make sure that the head and block are not warped. If you don't want to replace the gasket, you might try some for radiator stop leak, but I would just replace the head gasket.
