The 66 Row Crop was built from 1949 to most of 1954. From 1949 to 1952 there were 11,471 66 Row Crop tractors built or 2,867 per year. In 1953, the serial numbering system was changed. All tractors built were numbered in secquence reagardless of model, thus there is not any way to tell how many were built in 53 & 54. Now lets look at trends, 1,588 in 49, 4,421 in 50, 3,759 in 51 & 1,701 in 52. If the demand for this horsepower class was declining as farmers became bigger and demanded more horsepower the number probably declined. The farm economy also figures into production demands. You should be able to draw your own conclusion and come close to a total.
