Oliver 77 paint sceme

i own a oliver 77 row crop gas it has red rims and a white grill. i noticed at shows that other grills are painted yellow. how do i find out what color to paint my grill. i am also having problems with the engine running rough, my points are set at.020, i replaced the plugs (don't know what to set the gap at) replaced the carb. i have aprox. 80psi compression in all cylinders, i do not know how to check my distributor timing if any one can help i would greatly appriciate it. thanks scott

If it is Fleetline 77 then the grill should be yellow. They were yellow until the 770's etc. were produced.

The yellow paint is Martin Senour Yellow 99L- 11611. You can get it mixed at any NAPA
