I have seen 2 and 3 bottom 16" plows for sale in equipment adds for $200 - $350 in a newspaper called "The Capital Press".
It is an ag related weekly publication for the Pacific Northwest area. They have a web site, although I can't recall what
it is right off the top of my head.

The 2 and 3 bottom plows are not as rare as you might think.
I have seen several of them in the yards of Farm houses
here in Central Michigan, usually surrounded by flowers in
a bed. Seems the farmers wives like the old plows as a centerpiece for some flowers. Dan Ginter at "Oliver North"
in Midland has a two bottom Oliver radix plow he'll sell.
Seems to me he quoted $200 for it.
