I have a 30 standard I'm fixing up and was wondering where you buy engine parts like
gaskets, points, etc. Nobody around my parts
has a listing for Cockshutt or Buda. Any info
is appreciated.

I purchased everything I needed to rebuild thebudain my 30 at the local carquest.Most auto parts places can get them.

Further to that, it seems like NAPA is the best of the auto parts folks for finding old tractor stuff. It also helps to have the numbers from the part your are rebuilding (ie, the Delco or Autolite number for the distributor, starter, generator, make and model of carburetor, etc.)- then, even if your tractor model isn't listed, they can find parts for your particular "subassembly" by its number. Also, for your Buda engine, try budaengine.com website for parts.
