Oliver Subsoiler (steel wheels) 1930's

I have what I think is an oliver subsoiler, but not sure. This subsoiler is very much like the John Deere model #15, same size, same shape. There is definite traces of dark red paint in 8-10 places over the implement. If any one thinks they can identify this critter and knows the paint scheme, I would like to here from them. I can get about 10 casting numbers off of different pieces.

If you have casting numbers that start with the letters EP, it is an Oliver. The EP designates Oliver parts that originated in the Oliver Chilled Plow Works plant in South Bend, IN. These are the same series of numbers found on older Oliver plows and other implements.
