Hello to all the experts out there! Anyone know how much weight an old Oliver front end loader on a '54 Super 55 gasser can lift? Just a ballpark..? Thanks!

My '55 has hauled/lifted up to 500 lbs. including rocks and logs. I usually don't use the loader much more than 2 hours at a time, so I don't resemble Popeye just yet. I find that my clutch leg is more worn out from all the back and forth!

Really depends what you are asking?

with good hydralics 500# easy but you'll need
6 ply tires on the front and counter balance on the back. If you don't have power steering you
are going to get really large forearms. I had one
on mine for about five years and did all of our
landscaping then sold the loader. It was great to
have but really tore the front end of the tractor up.if you have a choice go with a ligher duty one.
