Oliver Super 99 ?

There is a tractor parked in a field on a 4 lane interstate near my house that appears to be an Oliver Super 99 except for one thing , the fenders. The tractor is sitting out in a field away from the county road that runs in front of the owner's house . I have stopped a couple of times at the house to look at the tractor but can never catch anyone at home . The tractor is in a field away from the house but near the interstate so the view from the house is not as good as on the interstate . The tractor has the profile of the Super 99 with red tire rims , a yellow grill , that famous faded Oliver green paint , what appears to be a single air intake and a single exhaust . However , the fenders on the rear tires extend out over and to the outside edge of the tires and the fenders have a flat area on top like (but not exactly like ) the 1850 , 1655 and 1855 series . Every picture I have seen of a Super 99 had fenders that ended at the inside of the rear tires and were oval with no flat part at the top . Any ideas what the tractor is ?

One intake means it has a waukeshaw engine.The flat looking top is probably one of the old half cabs made for that tractor .I have one here and from the side the fender looks flat on top.
