Later on when Oliver and Cockshut merged I know they were the same tractor. Back when Cockshut was there own what size and kind of engine did they have in them. THey weren't the same as the Waukeshaw's in the oliver's were they?

They used a variety of engines, depending on model- Continental, Buda (most common), Perkins, and Hercules (I think I got em all). No Waukeshas, however. Email me if you have questions on a particular model.

I think many of the cockshuts used the Buda engine. I think the blackhawk model used a hercules.

In @1938 the 80 Oliver and 80 Cockshutt was the same tractor except for the Radiator name plate and the color of paint. They had identical 4 cyl engines. After they went to 88 series i am not sure.
