My three point hydralic lift wont stay at the level that I set it at. If i am plowing snow
with the rear blade or mowing weeds with my mower
I have to hold it at level I want. Any easy way to fix it??? I am also looking for a loader for my 1650 i know that the 1610 fit it but have not
been able to find one

The way you are describing the problem you need something to hold the three point hitch control handle in place or stationary once you get the three point hitch at the right height . I did this on an Oliver 1555 (similar three point hitch control to 1650 ) by running a bolt through open slotted area beside the three point hitch handle and putting a wing nut on the opposite side so that you can loosen the wing nut , slide the bolt where you want it and tighten the wing nut down when you get the three point hitch at the height you want it . You need a bolt head that will allow you to wedge the three point control handle against to hold it in place . Another option is to use two bolts , one one each side of the three point hitch handle and when you get it the right height to lock each one down with the wing nut .

If I missunderstood the problem there is a better fix for that too.You can replace the worn out brake disk that holds the lever in place without dissassembly.The parts are spring loaded and can be forced apart with screwdrivers.Get yourself some brake lineing and cut a piece to fit,only make it split in half.Coat one side with expoxy and slip it in with the glue on the tractor side.

Yes that can be fixed I think.The draft control sensitivity ajustment is set wrong.There is a set screw stop bolt ajuster in the linkage from the bottem of the tractor to the hydrolic unit,its on the left side.You ajust the stopbolt untill the pin in the slot in the linkage is to one end but not adding any tension.I have to guess you have a row crop and that would put the pin at the rear of the slot.You can lock out the draft control by moveing the lower links of the 3point hitch into the hole that woun't rotate the shaft that they are hooked to.Best thing would be for some one like paul stanly to post the parts of the manuel which covers this.
