The Oliver 70's were made in 4 versions,... The Row crop,... The Standard,... The Industrial,.... and what they called the "Airport 25",... Everyone knows what the Rowcrop versions look like,... Big and high for farming chores. The Standards have a shorter frame, and smaller wheels and a different wide front end. The fenders wrap over the wheels. Had a Belt Pully for belt work. Steering box was different. The Industrial is the same as the Standard, except it had big bosses cast into the frame to add loaders and such. The fenders were different (Called Chariot Fenders) as they went straight up and not over the tires. It came with somewhat wider rear tires (Special order) also. This was painted a "Off Yellow" color. PTO and Belt Pullys were omitted except when special ordered. The "Airport 25" was like the Industrial, but had a hitch on front also and was used as a aircraft tug also. But it was a Oliver 70 Industrial. There were little diffrences like hand throttles on the floor, or foot throttles, diffrent hitches, and extra wide wheels offered. Exhaust exited in diffrent places also, like the side on the Industrial. I have 2 Row Crops and an Industrial (Painted the Standard scheme) You can see it on my Web Page under the Restorations Page.
