I know where one of these is that I could get for free but has not run in abut 30 years. I need a tractor really bad but am short on funds. I don't mind the work but am worried about parts availability and price. Please help!!!!
One side note, My father ran this tractor at one time and says you started it on gas then switced to diesel, it has 2 tanks with a mehtod of switching between the 2. Has anyone heard of anything like that?

if this tractor has 2 tanks, you would start it on gas, and then change to kerosene or "distillate" tractor fuel. The serial tag would have the letters KD after the number, to reflect kerosene/distillate. You can run it on gas all the time, with no problem. I have several that I have done this with, and have no problems.
