Had a 1975 2255 with cab, 3 point and dual 18.4 X 38's. Inside rears full of fluid, no additional weights. Weighed right around 18,500 lbs. if memory serves. Put it on dyno in Marysville, Ks. At 540 rpm the old girl cranked out 170 hp. Had it on the farm for 23 years.

I believe the factory weight was in the neighborhood of 16,000 lbs. (not sure if that is dry weight or what attachments are included).

James, great looking tractor! dont listen to that nut, he just wants attention. anyway what do you want for the tractor? i like your pics of marty's tractor. lookis differnt from when he bought it. me and him are pretty close neighbors(about 25 miles apart!!!hehe) he pulls up here at the fair and i finally had a chance to talk with him last year. i would like to find a tractor to pull against him in but he pulls in a different class then i would(him-pro stock, me-farm stock) thanks for letting me eat up some of your space!!

Whenever an Oliver brother needs correcting or just needs to be informed on discussion forum policy, please try to use a little grace and not sarcasm! If James didn't know , then cut him some slack.

By the way James, I'm glad you posted it here. Even if I'm not interested in buying one I thought the pictures were awsome to look at!!

James,dont let the smart alec reply bother you.An ad here doesnt bother me any at all.Thanks for putting the picture of our old 1966 model 1950 Oliver on your web site.It was pictured with me pulling it at Springfield,MO in 1970.It made a full pull to win the 15,000 lb class.I was only 21 back then.
