I came across a cockshutt 1855. It looks identical to an oliver what is the reationship?

I seen it at a dealership in Canada. Their website is www.hahnfarms.on.ca I'm not going to buy it but it was in excellent condition

The last Cockshutt 1855 I saw sold, (early March)
went for $5500 Can. It had a cab, and was in average condition. The turbo line was leaking and maybe scared some guys off.
