I recently bought a set of cultivators for my RC88. They are hydraulic lift. What colors were the set when new? These appear to have been mostly green with the pipes being black. Some of the frame parts are red. I have seen color pictures of earlier sets on the 70 tractors all red with black pipes. Any suggestions are appreciated.

We had two 2row mounted cultivators. The oldest one was mounted on a l939 RC70. It was red with black pipes. The second one we bought with a new RC88 in l950. It was red with green pipes. The oldest one mounted on the pipes with a clamp and a large bolt. The newer one had an over center clamp that mounted on the pipe. Both were power lift controlled. I still have the newer one mostly complete and one section of the old one.

I bought a 1949 RC 77 with the 2 row mounted cultivator in a pile next to it. I am wondering if anyone knows how to install it? Anyone have pictures?

Thanks,
