help my 1650 oliver 3 pt has fallen and it wont come up. we were pulling some logs and done some jerkin the 3 pt went down and has no responce is there a oring blowed or what were do i look thanks

Like Larry said, I also think its the saftey relief valve. You should have been using the drawbar for that kind of job. You'll have a nice bill for the labor time required on that fix, but we all learn from our mistakes!

it was the elbo broke i cannot hold the stem of the relief valve to screw the broken elbow out of the valve. i got agravated and put a plug in hole it sure is stout on the 3 pt now . what would the longtearm be with out the relief valve thanks

Most likly the safety reilef valve elbow has broken off.Its a seperate safety valve that only works on the 3 point cylinder.When a tractor gets lots of hours of bounceing around they break off.To confirm this problem remove the hydrolic oil and remove the top cover under the seat.Then useing a long stiff wire with a bend ,fish around the bottem of the hydrolic unit and see if you can drag a loose part of the valve where you can see it.The whole hydrolic unit will have to be removed to replace the broken elbow.
