I see that somebody nearby has the front half (including engine) of a Cockshutt 60 for sale. Also, the ad says "cropper wheels" whatever he means, probably rowcrop wheels, front or back I don't know. I thought I might check this thing out if a guy could part it out and flip some of the stuff. Would an engine from a Cockshutt 60(or Oliver I guess) be something that people would be looking for? Not too many 60's in these parts, lots of 70's, etc.

It would depend on what they want for it, and the condition of the motor. Cockshutt 60's are hard to find. I have never seen one before. The Cockshutt strip on the front grille would be very valuable to a person that needs one. I don't think that they are being reproduced.

To have full cockshutt you need rear axles that say cockshutt but yes centre strip hard to find. But around here far easier to find cockshutt than oliver 60!![southern ontario] But they aren,t makeing them anymore !!
