Well, I bought the super 55, and I love it! I've ordered the manual for it, but want to change the oil now. Anyone know how many quarts I should use? I'm told to use simple 30 weight oil, and that regular unleaded gasoline is fine. That sound right? It runs like a dream, but is sometimes a little tempermental about going into gear. Should I change the transmission oil? What weight, and where? (I can't wait to get the manual!) Thanks! Y'all a

If you are in the South, 30 weight should be fine, 10W 30 is okay to use, 4 quarts. The tranny holds 5 gallons. The filler cap is just in front of the seat on the tranny cover. It has a lip on it to turn like a thumb screw. The tranny oil test hole is to the right of the pto shaft. Anything lower than an inch below the opening needs oil added. Are you getting the hang of the tranny? Mine shifts easy once I got used to the pattern. Maybe your clutch needs a bit of adjustment. You should have 1/2" to 3/4" of free travel. Great tractor! Enjoy it safely.
