Oliver 60 radiator curtian

I recently purchased parts fiche for my 60 and found that there is supposed to be a curtain between the grill and the radiator. Do you know what I'm talking about? I'm shure it is a discontinued part. Do you know where I can find one?

When I rebuilt my 60 RC the original curtain was still in place but needed rebuilding. It was very simple. The bottom/roller was 3/16 steel with threads and wing nuts on each end. The rod extented from side to side. The Canvas curtain simply roles on the rod by hand turning it as it is lowered. The top is help by a 1/16 X 3/8" flat bar. Connected to the top flat bar is a link chain with a hook at the top that will catch in the slot in front of the radiator cap, under the hinge cover. Straight forward, simple and functional, an Oliver tradmark.

Oliver 60,s didn,t have thermostats till serial number 607010 in the rowcrops and 410910 in standards [mid 1942] so you adjusted the curtian to your temp guage work range.

Thanks, that explaines why mine doesen't have a curtian. It's a 1948.
