I am headed to Canada soon to pick up a few 70's I bought...can someone please tell me the hub to hub length? I would like to haul thes tractors sideways if possible....my trailer is 102" wide...and then also how wide are these tractors?
the are on rubber....one has the big fenders....and no side skirts....know of a good source for panels? and are the 70 standard and 70 row crop interchangeable? I would think so...but of course it probably isn't.
thanks Rob Orton 800-451-1477 ext 5459

Rob,

According to the official Oliver "70" operator's manual and service manual, the measurements are as follows:

wheelbase: 91 1/4" (dual front tricycle), 96 9/16" (row crop wide front) (don't have info on Standard, but wheelbase should be shorter on it)

overall length; 136" (tricycle), 123" Standard

axle widths: there are five different lengths for the Row Crop; 60"-72" (std); (opt) 47 1/2"-72", 60"-80", 72"-90", 72"-100"

maximum width: Row Crop (w/ std axle) 85"; (w/ opt axles) 85", 95", 105", 113"; Standard type 62"

Hope this info will help
