I worked on a 40 cockshutt and parts were hard to come by. Depending on what you are looking for engine parts can be found by looking up the parts for the Buda engine rather than the tractor. Bearing and seal can be purchased from Timken and Chicago Rawhide or similar companies. Lights and things of that sort are made by the same company for all tractors so that shouldn't be a problem. Gauges and decals can be found in a magizine put up by the cockshutt club called Cockshutt Quarterly. I hope that helps. Good luck.
