I am looking at a tractor to buy which has on its name plate Oliver Model 345 22004. It was made in Italy. It is about 50 - 60 HP. I am trying to find out how hard it is to find parts for this model. I can not find it with standard internet searchs and have called one dealer and they didn't know much about it. Has any one hear of this model. I would guess it is 1960's. It is a deisel and has a generator for a charging system.

It is a model 1450 diesel with adjustable wide front. They were made by Fiat in Italy for Oliver from 1967 to 1969.

Robert,
What you might have is an Oliver that was produced for European markets by SAME. They were a tractor manufacturer from Italy. Sorry I don't have anymore specific info for you. I have been trying to find out some information on these tractors and keep hitting dead ends. I would really like some pictures of it if you would be willing. I will gladly pay for the pictures.

I don't know of a model 345 within the Oliver line- in the mid 60's, Oliver imported a number of Fiat tractors, with various Oliver model numbers- 1250, 1255, 1265, 1355, 1365, 1450 and 1465. Parts are apparently difficult to find- I have seen several inquiries on this board for parts, and don't recall a positive result.
