There is a 3-3/4" bore kit for the Oliver 77 motor from M&W. The largest diameter provided by Oliver was 3-5/8". Has anyone tried the 3-3/4" kit? Is there a siginificant power increase over the 3-5/8" bore? Are there any realibility issues with the 3-3/4" bore?

the 3-3/4bore works good in the gas motor but don't use them in the diesel motors because they have a problem breakingthe sleves at the top.

I have used the 3 3/4 bore on the 77 with out any problems. I used 1550 head, manifold, and carb, the stock 77 head doesn't breathe good enough for the increased cubic inches. You can except around 60 HP from that set up.
