Oliver 80 Help!

I am currently looking for an 80 standard and have a few leads. A common problem seems to be a missing or damaged manifold. Are there any sources for new or reproduction manifolds for the 80 or does someone out there have a good used one? If so what kind of money are we looking at? Looking for a better alternative than just calling one salvage yard after another.

It's true that is a common problem with the Oliver 80 as well as most other tractors of that vintage. Rosewood Machine in Rosewood, Ohio makes a very good reproduction. Unfortunatly they are $500. I was very happy with the one I got from them. Any manifold out of a wrecking yard may look good but is bound to be very brittle and will need to be replaced in a few years.

I think there is a after market one avaiable try ont used tractor in LONGSBORO ONT do not have the number right now but if interested i will find it for you jim
