Hi, I know this isn't a "White" forum but it's the closest thing I could find. The pulling association in my area here in ontario recently started a class of just straight out of the field tractors (16500lbs). I want to pull mainly for fun with our 2-155 which is completely stock. I'm interested in "bumping" the pump a bit, which I know people can do easily on JD's (I have a few of those too) and other brands, but it's different with White 'cause the pump has to be messed with internally. Is there any sort of replacement pumps that are available for this tractor that would increase hp a bit (20hp+-) for fun and bragging rights, but still be able to use it on the farm because it's used regularly. I don't know what kind of hp you are looking for--maybe more than this. I think the 2-135 and 2-155 are capable of 175-180 hp by just "turning the screw". Most 2-135's and 2-155's left the dealer I used to work at with around 175 hp. We used to have a 2-135 that last dyno tested at 176 hp. The tractors are basically the same other than pump settings and a heavier over/under in the 2-155. Hope this helps or at least creates discussion.
