I pulled the inspection plate and all the teeth are gone from my pto disc. When I break the tractor into what all will I need to replace(seals)?? This will be the first time I've cracked a tractor open. Does any one know of a good place to get the disc from and how much??
Thanks!

Regarding seals. Is the unit oil soaked, the PTO clutch hub has 2 seals which will be disturbed and are easy to replace while apart. If you go farther and pull the drum there is another seal and O ring. Removing the lock ring from the drum is another problem as most "mechanics" use a chisel to loosen it. I made a tool using black pipe the same dia and brazing 4 flat 1/8 bar stock, with this the nut can be tightened to the 150# with a pipe wrench or with a torqe wrench by welding a 1/2" sq to other side. Good luck

I have a PTO overhaul from the manual posted on Photopoint. This should be helpful. Click on the link then use the arrows to page through. I think I have both the Oliver Manual and the I&T manual posted.
