You will have to contact a body shop or sheet metal technician in order to repair/replace the battery tray. You may find some one who can just make you a drop in replacement that you can bolt/pop rivet into place.

I made mine from a thick sheet metal, trimmed away the old battery tray leaving enough edges to weld to, and simpley welded the new one into place. Works fine.

jerry, serious inquiry.....

would you consider making me one that i could drop in an bolt up (i cannot weld)?

how much would you charge if you'd do it?

Let me measure the battery tray and make sure I still have enough metal. Pretty sure I do. Email me and we can forego the posting here.
