Rick: Original carburetor on Oliver 1755 was Schebler USX-44.This was the only carburetor used. venturi diam. 1.687" idle speed 800 rpm high speed load mixture 2 1/2 turns open idle speed mixture 1 1/4 turns open float level (with body inverted): valve closed when float midway between extreme positions if you have wheel guard fuel tanks, there should also be a mechanical fuel supply pump, whose operating pressure is 2 1/2 to 3 3/4 psi In this latter case there will also be a 3-way selector valve which determines whether fuel is supplied from the main tank or from the wheel guard tanks. Fuel is filtered through a pleated paper filter before it enters carburetor & this filter must be changed at specified intervals In view of the fact that you have a Zenith carburetor & an electric fuel pump, it looks like someone has tinkered with the tractor & modified it with incorrect aftermarket or cannabalized parts. Revert back to the two original parts (i.e. Schebler USX-44 carb and mechanical fuel transfer pump [if you have wheel tanks]), and everything should come back up to par. Hope this helps
