Where to check differential PTO oil?

I don't have an operators manual yet and am not familar with Oilvers. I would like to check the differential oil. I have located 2 plugs with a 1/2" square for a rachet, on the left side, just forward of the brake. When I open the forward one, milkey oil comes out. When I open the aft one and stick my finger in, I can't touch any oil. What are these 2 for, what type of oil do I put in, and where do I fill it from? I located a dip stick / breather, forward of the seat. Onto the PTO. I have located 2 plugs with a 3/8" square for a rachet, on the right side of the PTO shaft. Is this where to check the high and low level of the oil? Also what type goes in the PTO? One more question. Where do I check and add the Hyd. oil? What type? Thanks for all your help in advance.

The front 1/2 plug is for transmission oil.The rear oil is checked at the back by the pto, its the top of the two 3/8 plugs.Use 90 wt. gear oil.The lower 3/8 plug is for stationary use on a hill.Milky oil in the trans can be water or hydrolic fluid leaked in.AD hydrolic fluid at the breather cap by the seat.
