I have a repaired needle for a oliver 620, it's not aluminum but could possibly work. When I traded my 620 off about 20 years ago I bought a Hesston 4500 this is the same baler as my oliver 620 just a heavier duty version it is equipped with aluminum needles. It's quite possible you could find these from an AGCO-Hesston dealer. Hope this helps.

I think any of those needles for the balers would interchange. We have a 710 that we replaced a needle on it with one from a 520. You sure that the 420 is the right number, I don't recall them making one like that. I think they made 3 models the 520, 620, and 720. Then later the 710 came out I think replacing the 620.
