66 Oliver, needs more air

Me and a friend are using a 66 Oliver for a light-weight pulling tractor. We bought it from a guy who already started the project. He already had 88 Oliver sleeves machined into the block which increased the bore dramatically. We have some M&W high comp. aluminum pistons to put in it. How can I get some more air through this little bitty intake manifold. Are there any other manifolds to use that are stock appearing and will breath better? We are using an Oliver 77 carburetor which bolts right up to the 66 intake manifold. We are also installing bigger valves out of an automotive engine, and die grinding out the ports in the head. The manifold is the only problem. Please help.

JD Man If it is legal where you intend to pull you can use the intake manifold off a 550,it is much bigger and will accept a bigger carb,the manifold is offset so the bigger carb wont hit the starter motor.You will have to use the stock 66 exhaust manifold.I have a 550 intake and carb that I had on my 66,To much for stock cubes.I would sell it, drop me a E mail.
