My steering gear box started locking up then freed itself up some. full turn of slack in wheel now. after taking it and the column apart this is what I found, pieces of bearings in the gear box. Does anyone know where to get replacement bearings for the column and how do you put them on. I checked with the local bearing supplier, no luck he said it looked as though the bearings are part of the screw mechanism? Any help, please. Need it in the feild to run auger wagon.

Roger : The cone is Timken part number 15BA & the cone is Timken # 16, the complete bearings is part # 15BA-16. You need two of the same bearings.
