Give Dan at Wegners Repair a call. If he doesn't have one he will build some out of fiberglass. He does excellent work on this type of project. You won't tell it from OEM except for the weight. His number is 920 863 5121.

Are you thinking of the Dumont's. They have fibreglass grills for 550's and lawn and garden tractors, but I don't know if they have them for the 1650. Their fax is 515-622-3925 or phone 515-622-2592. They are located in Sigourney, Iowa.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I thought all 1650s had cast iron grilles, like mine. I know. I took mine off once and it weighs more than I do!

All 1650's had cast iron grills, however if you are wanting to do a little tractor pulling, make one out of pine 1 X 4s. I did and it looked good.
