Good luck keeping the spare change! My Super 55, which is now being restored (VERY SLOWLY) was reasonably priced but is now chewing a hole through my wallet and into my rear end. Parts don't come cheap. A grill cost me $330 for all 3 pieces. Guages set me back about $185 more, 3 are reproductions, one is original in decent condition. I had to fabricate a new tool box under the left foot plate, both foot plate are also newly made. Lights are IMPOSSIBLE to find, I got new of similar size, but not quite the right shape. Overall, I LOVE MY SUPER 55! It may not sound like it from my posting, but this tractor is the best toy I ever bought for myself. I wish you the same.

I have a feeling mine is going to be a slow restoration too. The nice thing about this tractor is the lights are there, the tin is realy good (has some spot welds on some of the corners) and grill is all there.

Sounds like you have become quite expert on this model. Keep an eye on this site and I bet you'll see lots of questions from me.
